Succession
About
Succession tells the story of the dysfunctional Roy family, who manage the media empire Waystar RoyCo. When the family's malevolent patriarch, Logan Roy, signals his retirement to hand over the business to his sons, a power struggle ignites between his children Kendall, Siobhan, Roman, and Connor. Each character has their own motives and goals, and they do not hesitate to betray one another. To take control of the company, they form and break alliances, commit treason, and engage in blackmail. In their ruthless pursuit of wealth and power, family bonds and emotional stability are shattered. The show is a brutal satire that explores the complexity of corporate greed, family dynamics, and the corruption caused by power.
